All our services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure every client receives our full attention and the best possible experience.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book your appointment in several ways:

  • Online: Use our online booking system available 24/7
  • Phone: Call us at +34 828 811 007
  • WhatsApp: Send us a message for quick booking
  • In Person: Visit us to schedule your next appointment

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for colour, highlights, or balayage appointments.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit policy helps us:

  • Guarantee your time slot
  • Prepare the necessary products and equipment
  • Minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations

The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. In case of cancellation with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours before: Full deposit transfer to a new date
  • Less than 48 hours / No-show: Full deposit forfeited

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

What if I'm running late?

Please let us know immediately if you're running late. We have a 15-minute grace period, but arriving late may result in:

  • Shortened service time to accommodate the next client
  • Modified treatment options
  • In case of significant delay, we may need to reschedule

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a relaxed start to your appointment.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience:

  • Contactless Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank Transfer (for deposits)
  • Payment Link (secure online payment)

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect present for any occasion. Available in any amount, they can be used for all our services and products. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What products do you use?

As an official L'Oréal Professionnel Iconic Salon, we exclusively use premium L'Oréal products for all hair services. This includes:

  • L'Oréal Professionnel
  • Janssen
  • Serie Expert care products

For our beauty treatments, we use carefully selected professional-grade products. Many of our products are also available for purchase in our salon shop.

Do I need a consultation before my first visit?

For most services, a consultation is included at the beginning of your appointment. However, we strongly recommend a free consultation before:

  • Major color changes (especially going blonde)
  • Color corrections
  • Significant haircut changes
  • If you have very damaged or chemically treated hair

This helps us understand your goals and ensure we can achieve the best results.

What about allergies or sensitivities?

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions when booking. For color services, we require:

  • A patch test 48 hours before your first color appointment
  • Notification of any previous reactions to hair products

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

General Information

What are your opening hours?

Our regular opening hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 - 13:30
  • Monday & Wednesday: 16:00 - 20:00
  • Friday - Sunday: Closed

Special appointments outside regular hours may be available upon request for bridal parties or special events.

Is parking available?

Yes! Free street parking is available in the surrounding area. The salon is located in a quiet residential area with parking spaces nearby.

Do you speak English?

Yes! Our team is fluent in both English and Spanish. Feel free to communicate in whichever language you're most comfortable with.

Are children welcome?

We offer children's haircuts and welcome young clients! However, for safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere:

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • We recommend scheduling children's appointments at quieter times
  • Please let us know when booking if the appointment is for a child

Do you offer complimentary refreshments?

Yes! We have a Nespresso Coffee Bar where you can enjoy a complimentary coffee, tea, or water during your visit. It's all part of the Christine's Beauty experience!
